Leola Barker instituted this action for $15,000 damages for personal injuries against the Crown Drug Company, Donald L. Ninas and William E. Tipton, a misnomer for Dennis C. Tipton. It was alleged in her petition that Ninas and Tipton "were at all times mentioned its (Crown Drug Company's) employees in charge of the operation of said store."
