This is a stakeholders suit brought by Washington National Insurance Company as plaintiff in interpleader. The object of the suit was to adjudicate the conflicting claims being asserted by the defendants in the bill of interpleader to the proceeds due under a Health and Accident policy issued by the Insurance Company to Andrew Biggs as the insured.
