In this action against the defendant insurance commissioner seeking a declaratory judgment, the plaintiff has attacked the constitutionality of legislation which requires the licensing of real estate brokers and salesmen. The case has been reserved for the advice of this court upon questions set forth in the stipulation for reservation.1
