Plaintiff, as sublessor, seeks the cancellation of a mineral sublease and the two assignments of interest thereunder against his sublessee, the late Maurice T. Grubb, and the latter's assignees, H. L. Hawkins and Faris R. Russell, because of an alleged forfeiture resulting from defendants' failure to sufficiently and diligently develop the tract of land affected thereby, and the recovery of damages and attorney's fees.
