This is an application for leave to serve a notice of claim on the County of Nassau. The accident which is the subject matter of the proposed claim, occurred on November 22, 1954. On January 31, 1955, a notice was sent by the claimant to the County Attorney by regular mail. It is conceded by the County Attorney that this notice was actually received on February 1, 1955.
