Lloyd I. Belveal and Phyllis M. Belveal, husband and wife, brought this action against H. B. C. Development Company, a corporation, to recover damages for injury to certain property, alleged to have been caused by the destruction of a natural water-course

by defendant, and by other acts of defendant. Verdict and judgment were for plaintiffs in the sum of $4,500, and defendant has appealed.
