This appeal arises out of an action brought in the Greenville County Court for the wrongful cancellation of an insurance contract.

Timely motions were made for nonsuit and directed verdict but overruled and the case submitted to the jury who found for plaintiff $12.00 actual damages and $1,500.00 punitive damages. Thereafter, motions for Judgment Non Obstante Veredicto
