This was an appeal from the judgment of the district court holding that an insane son received no share in his father's estate under the terms of a will, approving the account of the executrix, decreeing the shares of the other surviving children of the testator, and referring the case back to the probate court with instructions to proceed in accord with the rulings of the district court.
