First: Is an illegitimate minor child living with her father a dependent under the Workmen's Compensation Act, notwithstanding the absence of a legal marriage between her parents?

Second: Where the consular officer of the country in which alien dependents reside, files with the Industrial Commission an application for death benefits on behalf of a purported widow...
