This is an action brought by a husband and wife, citizens of New Jersey, against a citizen of New York for personal injuries suffered by the wife as a result of an automobile collision in Connecticut on September 20, 1953. The defendant has moved for a judgment on the pleadings under Fed.Rules Civ.Proc. rule 12(c), 28 U.S.C.A. on the ground that the action is barred by a one-year Connecticut statute of limitations.
