Russell S. Ponder commenced this suit under the provisions of Article 5421c, Vernon's Ann.Civ.Stats., claiming a described area as vacant unsurveyed lands. He sued many parties who claim interests in the land concerned, including the Commissioner of the General Land Office of Texas and the Attorney General of Texas.
