Steven I. Greer and one Leslie W. Burnham were jointly charged under the first four counts of an eight count indictment with violations of 18 U.S.C.A. § 1001 and 18 U.S.C.A. § 371. Appellant Greer was charged alone in counts five, six, seven and eight with violations of 15 U.S.C.A. § 714m(a) and (b).1 Counts six and eight were dismissed.
