Rosello, the owner of a certain business property in Tampa, Florida, leased the property to one Hutchinson for a one-year term beginning March 17, 1948, with the privilege of renewal for an additional five-year term. Before the one-year term expired, Hutchinson exercised the option and the leasehold term was extended for the five-year period.
