This is an action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff while playing on property owned by defendant Vaughn C. Golden. Plaintiff was 6 years of age at the time of the accident. Defendant Gertrude G. Golden was formerly the wife of Vaughn; defendants Earl M. Golden and Goldie A. Golden are his father and mother. The cause was tried by the court without a jury. Findings were waived. Judgment was for plaintiff against all defendants...
