This is an application by the defendant in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis, to vacate and set aside a judgment of conviction dated the 28th of August, 1947, convicting the defendant on his own plea of guilty of the crime of burglary in the third degree and sentencing him as a second felony offender to a term of not less than five years and not more than fifteen years in the Elmira Reception Center.
