FAHY, Circuit Judge.

On findings of fact based upon a stipulation among the appellant Union, the General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board, and the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc., Georgia Branch, the Board entered an order against the Union requiring it to cease and desist conduct found to violate section 8(b) (4) (A) of the Taft-Hartley Act, the so-called secondary boycott provision.
