T. J. Aycock and J. S. Bradshaw, being the owners of 640 acres of land, entered into a written lease contract with appellant, Herman B. Young, whereby Young was to pay $1,500 for the open, tillable land stated to be 200 acres more or less for the calendar year beginning January 1, 1953.
