This is an action to quiet title to 620 acres of farm land in Logan County and 540 acres in Stutsman County, North Dakota. The real object and purpose of the action was to obtain a declaration that two oil and gas leases and mineral deeds given by the plaintiffs were fraudulent and void. The plaintiffs had entered into two oil and gas leases in favor of the defendant, B. E. Winder, and into two mineral deeds in favor of D. W. Crawford. All these instruments...
