The motion is signed and sworn to by Joseph Lee Adams and is made on behalf of the subscriber and his co-defendants in the trial, Carson Lett and Thomas L. Ingram. The petitioners in the motion are now confined in the United States Penitentiary at Atlanta, Georgia, but will be hereafter referred to as defendants...
