In this action, plaintiff Belle Wolfson had verdict and judgment for $2,000 for injury sustained as the result of a fall on the porch steps of the residence owned and occupied by her sister, Bernice Chelist, now deceased. When plaintiff was injured, she was a social guest at the Chelist home.
