LITTLE, Special Judge.

The defendant, J.B. Wright, was tried and convicted in the District Court of Garvin County, Oklahoma, for the crime of arson in the second degree and was sentenced to serve a term of five years in the State Penitentiary. The offense was alleged to have been committed in Garvin County on or about the 10th day of March, 1954. The charging part of the information is as follows:
