Action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff, a ten year old child, when she was struck by defendant's automobile as she was crossing a public street in the city of St. Louis. The cause was submitted on defendant's alleged humanitarian negligence in failing to stop or warn. Verdict and judgment were for defendant and plaintiff appealed.
