This is a Workmen's Compensation case, filed by the workman, Corbell, as an appeal from the Industrial Accident Board. He alleged, in substance, that on September 8, 1954, he was an employee of one Glaze and that a tree which he was cutting down for said employer fell upon his right leg, and that this injury had resulted in his loss of the use of his right leg below the knee, totally and permanently.
