The issue here is the question of contribution between two fire insurance companies, a house having burned on which each company had issued a policy. The appellee herein, Arkansas Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance Company, will hereinafter be referred to as Farmers Mutual; and the American Insurance Company will be referred to as American.
