This is an action to recover damages for the alleged trespass and negligence of the defendants. Each of the three named defendants moved to dismiss the original complaint, and the defendants Coachella and Imperial also moved for a more definite statement. Following dismissal of the original complaint as to defendant United States, the plaintiff filed an amended complaint. The matter is now before the Court on defendant United States of America...
