OPINION PER CURIAM, June 27, 1955:

Relator, convicted of second degree murder in Fulton County in 1950, was sentenced to the Western State Penitentiary for a term of not less than 10 nor more than 20 years. Since then he has filed several petitions for writs of habeas corpus in the Court of Common Pleas of Fulton County and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, all of which were dismissed.
