HAMILTON, Chief Justice.

This is an election contest, filed by appellants against the County Judge, the Commissioners, the County Attorney and County Clerk officials of Pecos County to declare void a local option election held in Justice Precinct No. 3 of Pecos County on November 6, 1954. The trial court held that it had jurisdiction of the suit, and further that the election was valid.
