After more than five years of litigation the parties to this dispute are before us for the third time. It started early in 1950 when Christopher sued Shapiro for possession of a vacant lot and for $1,250 rent in arrears. That suit found its way to this court and from here to the United States Court of Appeals.1 The end result in that phase of the litigation was to establish that Shapiro was in the status of a trespasser...
