This is an action brought to the Court of Common Pleas by a wife under General Statutes, § 7308, claiming indemnity from her husband for money expended for the support of herself and two minor children, and also, in equity, asking an order for future support. The court rendered a judgment of $2444 for past expenditures and ordered future weekly payments of $33—$15 for the support of the plaintiff...
