The plaintiff sues for the pay he lost by reason of his alleged wrongful removal from his position in the classified civil service of the United States.

Plaintiff, a member of the classified civil service, was employed by the Medical Center for Federal Prisoners at Springfield, Missouri, as a Medical Custodial Assistant, grade CPC-7.
