This is an appeal from an adjudication of the State Civil Service Commission of Pennsylvania. It arises out of the furlough of appellant, Ralph T. Jordan, from the position of senior veterans' employment representative and also at the same time from the position of employment interviewer I in the New Castle office of the Bureau of Employment Security.
