Plaintiffs-appellees filed this suit against John Cristadoro and the Radio Specialty Corporation for specific performance of a private agreement wherein the five incorporators obligated themselves to purchase the stock of a deceased stockholder in the Radio Specialty Corporation. On written motion by the parties, the suit against the Radio Specialty Corporation was dismissed.
