At a local option election held on August 7, 1954, Bradley County apparently approved prohibition by a vote of 2,001 to 1,673. Certain wets unsuccessfully contested the election in the county court and were also unsuccessful upon appeal to the circuit court. The circuit court's order of affirmance, entered February 22, 1955, permitted the judgment to be superseded pending an appeal to this court. That appeal was recently lodged here but...
