Counsel for plaintiff contends on this appeal: (1) That the finding of the trial court that no partnership was created between plaintiff and Sarah Eskin, the deceased, is against the great weight and clear preponderance of the evidence; (2) that such determination was grounded upon an erroneous view of the law; and (3) if these contentions are decided adversely to plaintiff, then that the undisputed evidence requires that the value of the services rendered...
