This was an action by Clinton William Peterson, the appellee, against Hyrum Smith Estate Company, a corporation, for damages for injuries which he suffered when, while riding a motorcycle, he collided with one of five horses upon the highway near the home occupied by Aaron Smith, Vice-President of the appellant corporation and the owner of approximately one-half of its corporate stock.
