BRUNE, C.J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The appellant is the widow of Adonis W. Kreamer, who died in June, 1948. In 1942 he purchased a lot of ground in Montgomery County, Maryland, and in August, 1946, he and a woman purporting to be his wife conveyed this property to third parties, who, in turn, conveyed it to the appellees in 1950. In 1954 the appellant brought this suit in equity against the appellees as owners...
