These are cross appeals from judgment. The action was brought by lessees to secure a declaration of rights under the terms of a lease and to compel repair of the leased premises by the lessor. The lessor counterclaimed for rental alleged as due. Following trial, judgment of the court, sitting without a jury, was in favor of the lessor upon the complaint of the lessees, and in favor of the lessees upon the counterclaim of the lessor.
