This is a suit on an accident and sickness policy of insurance. Trial was to the court without a jury. In the decree we find the following recital:

"* * * the court finds the facts in favor of plaintiff and against defendant and overrules defendant's plea in abatement and finds that plaintiff is entitled to recover the principal sum of $1560.00, with six per cent interest thereon in the sum of $84.61, plus a twelve per cent penalty in the...
