Defendants were convicted of riot, riotous assault, conspiracy to commit riot and riotous destruction of property, all stemming from a riot on July 28, 1952 at the former county jail in Media. On appeal this court affirmed the judgments of sentence in an opinion reported at 174 Pa.Super. 634, 101 A.2d 919.
