This is an action in equity under the Act of May 23, 1907, P. L. 227, sec. 2, as amended, 48 PS §132, brought by a wife against her husband for an award of past and future maintenance and for the sale of his real estate to procure the payment thereof. In accordance with a special order of this court, service of the complaint was made by publication. No appearance or answer was filed.
