The plaintiffs, employees of the defendant Landers, Frary and Clark, hereinafter referred to as the employer, made claim for unemployment benefits for the period from March 20, 1953, to April 17, 1953. The unemployment commissioner concluded that their unemployment during that period was due to the existence of a labor dispute at the employer's plant and that they were ineligible for benefits.
