Turbot was killed November 4, 1953, in a collision between an automobile operated by him and a truck loaded with crushed rock, operated by defendant Krutsinger and owned by defendant Repp. The truck was traveling in a southerly direction on Lucas County Trunk Road "N", also known as Newbern Road, a north and south road. Decedent was driving the automobile in an easterly direction along an undesignated road which intersects Newbern...
