This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County, Ohio, refusing to permit the withdrawal of a plea, after a plea of guilty and sentence.

The defendant pleaded guilty, and was sentenced for a violation of the provisions of Section 3719.02, Revised Code, and received a sentence of two years in the penitentiary.
