In this case the issues, raised by demurrer to the complaint, relate to the construction of an instrument entered into in 1919 between the appellant's parents on the one side and the appellees Ware and Owens on the other. In sustaining the defendants' demurrer and dismissing the complaint the chancellor in effect construed the instrument in dispute as a deed by which the Hansons conveyed to the appellees a perpetual nonparticipating oil...
