The appellee, Vance, filed a bill in equity in the Circuit Court of Baltimore City against the appellant, Eastern Woodworks, Inc. (Eastern) seeking a construction of an agreement between the parties, an accounting to determine the amount claimed to be due Vance under the agreement by Eastern and a monetary decree for the payment of the amount so determined. Eastern both demurred to the bill and answered, its demurrer...
