HOBSON, Justice.

On May 12, 1954, the claimant was injured by virtue of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment. The question throughout this case has been who was the claimant's employer. The Deputy Commissioner found and determined that the claimant was employed by Cone Bros. Contracting Co. The full commission without, so far as we can determine, reversing any of the Deputy's findings of fact, found that the claimant at the time of his injury...
