About 12:45 a. m., on April 30, 1953, at the corner of Leonidas and Belfast Streets, New Orleans, a collision occurred between a taxicab owned by Toye Bros. Yellow Cab Company, a partnership, and operated by William E. Harris, an employee of said partnership, and a 1939 model Ford automobile truck, owned and operated by Clarence Collins.
