PER CURIAM.

This case comes to us upon a Clerk's Transcript.

Defendant was charged in an indictment with the crime of Lascivious Acts with a Child as defined in section 725.2, Code of Iowa, I.C.A. Upon trial to a jury he was found guilty of the crime charged and was sentenced to the Iowa State penitentiary at Fort Madison for a period not to exceed three years, and to pay the costs of the action. Defendant has appealed.

We find no error and the judgment...
