Plaintiff, Sam LaRocca, the owner and operator of a Ford automobile, instituted this suit against the defendants, Lawrence J. Dabria, the owner and operator of a Dodge Sedan, and the Texas Mutual Insurance Company, his liability insurer, endeavoring to recover the sum of $13,243.06, representing $11,929 for personal injuries, medical expenses, loss of earnings and $1,314.06 for property damage incurred by him as a result of a collision which occurred...
