The accident which gave rise to this suit occurred on November 22, 1952, about 1:30 o'clock a. m., within the intersection formed by Freret and Adams Streets in the City of New Orleans, and involved a Chevrolet automobile owned by Norman Fenerty and driven by him in an uptown direction on Freret Street, and a Pontiac coupe traveling on Adams Street driven by Marco Culotta, an unemancipated minor 19 years old.
